Self-Perception Exercise (Personality 360): A multi-rater evaluation, this
test combines self-assessment with coworker feedback on individual personality characteristics.
An individual completes a 160-adjective questionnaire, rating his or her personality
characteristics as well as areas for improvement. This same questionnaire is administered
to coworkers who are given an opportunity to evaluate the individual in a like manner.
Coworker assessments are made in confidence. Feedback to the employee is presented
in an objective, nonjudgmental manner, thereby maximizing potential benefits to the
individual and your organization.
